Hamilton Solar PrincipalsSteve Hamilton
Steve Hamilton started Hamilton Homes in 1986. His vision was simple:“I knew what families were looking for and knew a better way to build it.” Hamilton Homes hasn’t looked back since. When not turning a house into a home, Steve likes to spend time on the golf course, riding his mountain bike, and playing with his grandchildren. Steve’s values and experience are the guiding principles for Hamilton Solar. Reid HamiltonReid has always loved the abundance of outdoor activities in the Reno/Tahoe area. Being the son of a developer and an outdoor enthusiast, he has looked at the building industry trying to figure out a better, more efficient way to develop his local community. At Hamilton Homes, Reid became a certified green builder, helping transform the Hamilton process to a more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient green company. Chad DickasonChad began life just outside of Kansas City, surrounded by corn, wheat, tasty tomatoes, and a few buffalo. He remembers seeing solar panels sprout up amongst 80-year-old windmills on the prairies in the 1970s. In 2004, he felt inspired to move from the software industry to renewable energy.
In order to learn from the best, Chad moved from his adopted home state of Nevada to the North Bay area of San Francisco – the most competitive market in the United States. Learning the solar industry in Marin and Sonoma Counties allowed Chad to design and install hundreds of systems. Be it a 1-kilowatt residential system or a 1-megawatt commercial system, Chad's your guy. |
